How fast is an estimate?

Is the estimate a fixed price?
No — and we won't pretend otherwise. Estimates are indicative: priced against a maintained rate card and uplifted to the latest published UK construction material price index. Every estimate is confirmed by a written quote before any works or supply.
What if I have no drawings?
Use the photo route. Take a few photos of the site or the area to be worked on and the tool builds a scope and prices it. If it's easier, email the photos to info@supremebuildingservices.co.uk and we'll do the take-off for you.
Do you supply materials as well as carry out the work?
Both. Aggregates and drainage materials go to site through a network of vetted suppliers at the rate quoted, and we carry out groundworks, civils, new build and fit-out directly where the job needs the whole package.
